CRG Leadership Institute is committed to providing all of our active candidates with a high level of professional service to insure a positive experience throughout the recruiting and placement process with our clients.  We are 100% committed to the following:

  • Our colleagues and team members treat our candidates with the highest standards of professionalism and individual service
  • We will not submit candidate information to a client without first notifying our candidate.  We honor all requests made by our candidates with respect to whom they do NOT want their information submitted.
  • We involve our candidates in all stages of the recruiting process and keep them informed of progress.
  • We provide our candidates with feedback following all phone and face-to-face interviews and meetings with our clients.
  • When deemed necessary, we provide our candidates with suggestions for improving their resume and collateral material, including online profiles, for presentation to our clients.
  • We provide our candidates with material and resources to help them “be at their best” prior to interviewing with our clients.
  • We make ourselves available at all times to assist candidates with questions, concerns or issues they may have during the recruiting process.
  • We assist our candidates in discussions with our clients concerning compensation and benefits.  We have found that such third-party intermediation can be very effective and helpful.
  • We never induce our candidates to break an existing contractual commitments they may have with current employers.
