- When deemed necessary, we provide our candidates with suggestions for improving their resume and collateral material, including online profiles, for presentation to our clients.
- We provide our candidates with material and resources to help them “be at their best” prior to interviewing with our clients.
- We make ourselves available at all times to assist candidates with questions, concerns or issues they may have during the recruiting process.
- We assist our candidates in discussions with our clients concerning compensation and benefits. We have found that such third-party intermediation can be very effective and helpful.
- We never induce our candidates to break an existing contractual commitments they may have with current employers.
